The International Agri-Center® is committed to ensuring the safety of all swap meet participants. Health protocols from the State and Tulare County Health Department are to be followed including the wearing of masks and socially distancing. Hand sanitizer stations will be available along with hand wash stations at all restrooms and porta potty locations.

We encourage anyone that is not feeling well to stay home for the safety of everyone. If you have been exposed to someone with the virus, please use good judgement and stay home.

Should the Big Tulare Swap-O-Rama be cancelled due to COVID-19 related restrictions, a full refund of registration fees will be made.

Swap Meet Spaces:  20’x40’ – $50 Pre-Registered, $60 Friday Move-In and Saturday

 

Swap Meet Vendors will enter the show grounds through Gate A off Laspina Street.

 

Move-in will begin Friday, the day before the swap meet, at 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.  The grounds will reopen on Saturday morning for move-in at 6:00 a.m. Vendors will check-in at Vendor Registration and then proceed into the show grounds. Follow the signs to get to your assigned space. Volunteers will be available to assist you in finding your vendor space. No driving will be allowed in vendor area after 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.

 

In your vendor packet will be a map, registration card, and two (2) wristbands per vendor space. The wristbands must be worn at all times during the weekend and can be used for re-entry should you leave the grounds for any reason. All vendors will need to place their registration card with space assignment in the lower left-hand corner of the windshield for easy identification.

 

For those arriving Friday, there will be overnight security on Friday beginning at 6:00 p.m. You will be allowed to stay overnight in your space Friday and Saturday night. Management for the Swap Meet and the International Agri-Center® are not responsible for your property, so please plan to ensure it is safely secured when you are not in your space.

 

There will be no leaving the Swap Area on Saturday until after 1:00 p.m.

Yes, you can park in your vendor space or in the adjacent parking lot outside the fence line. You can also park your RV in your vendor space, provided it fits. Under no circumstances can you encroach on the space of a neighboring vendor. No fires are allowed in vendor spaces (propane heaters are okay). No loud music or excessive bright lights, as others may be trying to sleep.

Car Corral Spaces:  9’x16’ – $30 Pre-Registered, $40 Friday Move-In and Saturday for each car

 

Those interested in selling a car or motorcycle will enter the show grounds through Gate C off Laspina Street. Car Corral is on concrete directly off Laspina Street. Cars and motorcycles only in the “Cars for Sale” area must be for sale and have a for sale sign on them. NO boats, trailers, car haulers, or RV’s allowed. No parts or other items can be sold in the car corral.

 

Move-in will begin Friday, the day before the swap meet, at 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. The grounds will reopen on Saturday morning for move-in at 6:00 a.m. There will be a dedicated Car Corral registration area inside the fence line where you can pick up your Registration Packet or pay to register for the show. Volunteers will be available to assist you in parking. There are no assigned or reserved spaces.

If you just want to come to the show on Saturday and shop for parts and/or a vehicle, please enter through Gate D off Laspina Street. Parking is adjacent to the swap meet grounds and is always FREE.

Entry Gates will open for the general public at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday until 3:00 p.m.

RV Camping:  $30 Pre-Registered, $40 Friday Move-In

 

RV’s will enter the show grounds through Gate A off Laspina Street.

 

Move-in will begin Friday, the day before the swap meet, at 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. The grounds will reopen on Saturday morning for move-in at 6:00 a.m. All RV’s will check-in at Registration and then proceed inside the fenced in area.

 

RV camping space is available inside the fence line of the show grounds.  Dedicated spaces are not marked or reserved but are on a first come basis. Anywhere inside the International Agri-Center® fenced show grounds, aside from the Swap Meet Area, is available for RV camping.

 

No hookups or services are provided as this is dry camping only. This is not a paved area and you will be on decomposed granite and/or dirt. NO open fires are allowed but propane heaters are allowed.

 

RV camping will only be allowed on Friday and Saturday nights. There will be overnight security on Friday beginning at 6:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. There will be no security Saturday night. Management for the Swap Meet and the International Agri-Center® are not responsible for your property so please plan to ensure your RV is secure when you are not there.

For those that purchase large parts or need a little help getting that special purchase to your vehicle, there will be a FREE parts shuttle running throughout the show hours.  You can request service at one of the Information Booths or at the Loading Zone at the north end of the swap meet area. Shuttle drivers are not loaders and swapper and buyer must load. Shuttles will only transport your parts to the Loading Zone just inside Gate 20.  You will be allowed to drive your vehicle through Gate 20 and temporarily park in the designated Loading Zone.  The shuttle will bring the item to you. You will be responsible for loading the parts in your vehicle. The Loading Zone will close at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Yes, there will be a number food trucks and options available for breakfast as well as lunch on Saturday. Food and drink vendors will begin serving at 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday only.

All gates will close at 9:00 p.m. on Friday night. Gates will reopen on Saturday at 6:00 a.m. for move-in. The vendor area is to be vacated by 6:00 p.m. on Saturday night. All gates will close at 6:00 p.m. Saturday.

No power will be provided to vendors by the International Agri-Center®. If you need power, you will need to bring your own generator. Decibel levels will need to be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb your neighboring vendors. Power cords will NOT be allowed to lie across roads or in walking paths that might create trip hazards.

Motorized vehicles of any kind, with the exception of electric handicapped scooters, are NOT allowed to be used inside the show area. For those camping in the RV area, you will be allowed to drive motorized vehicles back and forth from the show entry to your RV. The camping area is NOT to be used for cruising. Speed limit is 5 mph at all times.

The bringing of animals to the swap meet is not encouraged but is allowed. Service animals with proper identification are allowed. All animals must be on a leash or contained, and the owners must clean up after them. Owners may be asked to leave for any reason if there is cause for concern or issues with the animal.
