Swap Meet Spaces: 20’x40’ or 20’x35′ – $50 Pre-Registered, $60 Friday Move-In and Saturday
Swap Meet Vendors will enter the show grounds through Gate A off Laspina Street.
Move-in will begin Friday, the day before the swap meet, at 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. The grounds will reopen on Saturday morning for move-in at 5:30 a.m. Vendors will check-in at Vendor Registration and then proceed into the show grounds. Follow the signs to get to your assigned space. Volunteers will be available to assist you in finding your vendor space. No driving will be allowed in vendor area after 7:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday morning.
In your vendor packet will be a map, registration card, and two (2) wristbands per vendor space. The wristbands must be worn at all times during the weekend and can be used for re-entry should you leave the grounds for any reason. All vendors will need to place their registration card with space assignment in the lower left-hand corner of the windshield for easy identification.
For those arriving Friday, there will be overnight security on Friday beginning at 6:00 p.m. You will be allowed to stay overnight in your space Friday and Saturday night. Management for the Swap Meet and the International Agri-Center® are not responsible for your property, so please plan to ensure it is safely secured when you are not in your space.
There will be no leaving the Swap Area on Saturday until after 5:00 p.m. and Sunday until after Noon.
