General Information

We provide set-up for our in-stock tables and chairs. Many of our also venues include access to our commercial kitchens (accessible to licensed caterers only).

What size are your tables?

  • Round Tables: 60” & holds 8 guests.
  • Rectangle (banquet): 8’ x 30” & holds 8 guests.
  • Rectangle (classroom): 8’ x 18” & holds 8 guests.

What size are your chairs?

The chair dimensions are as follows:

  • Back: 19.5” across
  • Seat: 18” across, 18.5” deep
  • Height: 30” from seat top to floor

We do not have in stock decorations, linens, or china. We however have several trusted vendors that we work with regularly to get you exactly what you need. You certainly are welcome to get your own decorator or vendors as well.

Typically, we allow access for 8 hours (not including set-up/tear down). Exclusions and extra fees may apply depending on needs and nature of the event. Please contact our event coordinators for further details and exceptions.

We require insurance for every event at our venue, regardless of size. Depending on what kind of event you are planning, we may require security, a set-up fee, additional labor etc. Please contact us for our full requirements and insurance options.

Should the day before be available for set-up, we will grant it to you, however, we have the right to book the day before should an event want to book. Reserving an extra set-up day(s) requires a fee.

We welcome our guests to bring any caterers they wish. If they would like access to our commercial kitchens, we will need a copy of their catering and business license information. We would be happy to discuss alternative catering options as well (cooking off-site, food trucks, etc.)

We do allow alcohol at events held on our grounds. We require a licensed bar service to serve and or sell alcohol. Events that are selling alcohol must have a permit/license from the Alcoholic Beverage Control office. Events less than 150 people are typically allowed to bring their own alcohol but is subject to approval by Facility Rental Manager. We would be happy to discuss with you further requirements based on the type of event you are planning.

Yes, all security is through a company employed by International Agri-Center. Please speak to your rental coordinator for additional information and fees.

For an additional fee, we provide screens, projectors and more, and have technicians on-site to help troubleshoot any issues.
